*Activities/Minutes* From Shirley Thomas: Start paying dues ...remember its only $5 and the last day to pay is Easter Sunday . and a special thanks to abhish achachen for being the FIRST to pay dues, vishak achachen ---- learn from this. 2. After church on Sunday we will be having a bible study led by Sophie and Crystal. Since there is a general body meeting going on at the same time there should be no reason why every one is not there. So no excuses please. 3.There will also be a bake sale right after church this sunday. One of the officers will be calling you and asking you to bring food. But if there's something you would like to bring your more than welcome to. 4. And also spring break is coming up and everyone's vacation falls around the same time so pease plan ahead for the MGOCSM picnic on the 17th, which will be an all-day activity at Herman Park and Miller Outdoor Theater. And also plan for the St.Thomas spring fest on the 18h of March. Where all of the older kids in MGOCSM are expected to volunteer. More details about that later. Letter from Rev. Dn. Paul Cherian Blessings to all the MGOCSM Members of the American Diocese: I hope and pray that everyone is well. The planning for the 2006 Mission Trip continues, by the Grace of God. Their are three different committees working to accomplish their given tasks, including Fundraising, Application, Public Relations, Spiritual and Activities. At the current state in the planning, we are ready to receive names of those interested in attending the 2006 Trip. The dates have been finalized: May 28 Sunday-Friday June 9. Their is an option to attend a third week site visit of the historic church sites and meet with church dignitaries from June 12-16. The location of the trip has not yet been finalized. It will be within Kerala, and our Diocesan Metropolitan and Assistant Metropolitan are working closely with Fr. Dr. V.M. Abraham (Binu Achen) to finalize a site. When the site is finalized, you will be notified immediately. Those wishing to attend this trip MUST participate in a 2 day preparation Seminar on Friday, May 26 and Saturday, May 27 in New York. THIS IS MANDATORY. Living accommodations, food and pickup/drop off will be provided by the MGOCSM. THE LAST DAY TO SIGN UP IS FRIDAY, MARCH 3, 2006.
